SYMPTOMS

• OAToolkit - adding new users to an existing user list and then exporting the list to the OALogin Terminal causes loss of existing User properties, such as New Project Creation, Raw Data Processing, and Report Config

CAUSE

Bug in the software

FIX or WORKAROUND

This issue was fixed in SCN 1005, SCN 985 and later software.
Install the OAToolkit Application from the SCN 1005 media or later software.
