Measure points per peak in MassLynx MS software.

PROCEDURE
- Open your chromatogram.
- Go to Display > View.
- In the Axis Label section, change the Horizontal Axis to Scan mode.
- Drag a line across the peak baseline.
- You will see the points per peak in the Scan Window area on the bottom of the screen.
