In the TargetLynx result file, the Chromatogram and Calibration panes cannot be resized - WKB58734

SYMPTOMS
- The Summary bar pane can't be readjusted; Chromatogram and Calibration panes are very small at the bottom of the window
- Maximizing or minimizing the Summary bar has no effect (see the article:Chromatogram and Calibration windows are off the bottom of the TargetLynx browser window - WKB4584)
- Renaming the TargetLynx.~ql file has no effect

CAUSE

FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close MassLynx.
- Browse to C:\MassLynx.
- Find the TargetLynx.~ql file and rename it to TargetLynx_old.~ql.
- Go to the Windows Start menu.
- Type in Regedit in the search box.
- In the Registry Editor window, browse to this location in the far left-hand pane: Computer > HKey_LOCAL_Machine > Software > Wow6432node > Micromass > TargetLynx
- Delete that TargetLynx folder.
- In the Registry Editor window, browse to this location in the far left-hand pane: Computer > HKey_Current_User > Software > Micromass > TargetLynx XS
- Delete that TargetLynx XS folder.
- Exit the Registry Editor and restart the computer.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For steps 8 and 9, if the system has TargetLynx instead of TargetLynx XS, the folder is just called TargetLynx.
