SYMPTOMS

• Acquiring from the sample list with an MS method from the PM project results in an unresponsive tune page

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1
• PM project from Service Notes

CAUSE

The PM project was made on a different MassLynx SCN version than that being used to acquire. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open the MS method, change the run time to X, and press Enter.
2. Change the run time back to the original time, and press Enter.
3. Save the MS method.
4. Acquire with the newly saved MS method.
