TargetLynx is not saving peak modifications - WKB509

SYMPTOMS

• Peak not integrated by method
• Add peak: Peak of interest is integrated
• Save Peak Modification: Peak disappears (no longer integrated)

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1
• TargetLynx
• QuanLynx

CAUSE

Peak height or peak area is below the threshold set in the integration parameters of the method.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Disable or decrease the Relative Height and Relative Area settings under Threshold Parameters.
