Cannot activate Collection Control - WKB49936

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot activate Collection Control
• Found: No lozenges visible in Collection Control for Fraction Collection system

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• FractionLynx

CAUSE

The FractionLynx Collection Control configuration file (.fl4) is not loaded.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. On the MassLynx main page, click the Shortcut button on the tool bar.
2. Select FractionLynx from the Application manager menu along the left-hand edge.
3. Under the FractionLynx shortcuts, click the Collection Control lozenge to open FractionLynx Collection Control.
4. From the menu, go to File > Open.
5. Browse to C:\MassLynx and locate the FractionLynx configuration file (.fl4) with the last Modified Date.
6. Select and Click OPEN.
