ANSWER
Although you can copy and paste from Excel, this often results in extra spaces that are hard to identify but cause problems.
Instead, import the information into the MassLynx sample list:
- Save the Excel spreadsheet as a comma-delimited file.
- Select File > Import worksheet in the MassLynx sample list.
- Select Comma Delimited [*.CSV, *.TXT] in the Files of Type field.
- Click Open.
