For the SYNAPT G2-Si, the tune page does not open - WKB44762

SYMPTOMS

• Tune page does not open when selected
• Various bluewater errors appear
• The MS console does not open 
• Electronic cycle of system does not address the issue

ENVIRONMENT

• SYNAPT G2-Si
• MassLynx 4.1
• ACQUITY UPLC

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Run StopAcquityProcesses.cmd.
2. Run the WatersDHCP Server Configuration executable.
3. Remove each component IP address listing.
4. Reboot the ACQUITY UPLC system.
5. Put the SYNAPT into pump override, and then cycle electronics.
6. Wait for the SYNAPT to finish booting, and then start MassLynx.
