The function 1 chromatogram is not visible in MassLynx chromatogram view - WKB44898

SYMPTOMS

• Both acquisition function panes are visible in MassLynx chromatogram view, but only the function 2 chromatogram is seen
• The Show All Functions option is selected at Tools > Options > Chromatograms to display
• The Add/Replace Chromatogram toggle button is unselected with Chromatogram view
• The Reset display range toggle button is selected

CAUSE

The default graph view in MassLynx is set to "current".

FIX or WORKAROUND

In MassLynx chromatogram view, go to Display > Range > Default and set the default graph from "current" to "All".
