TargetLynx doesn't calculate LOD or LOQ - WKB4207

SYMPTOMS

• For some injections, TargetLynx doesn't calculate Limit of Detection, Limit of Quantification, or Signal to Noise

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• TargetLynx

CAUSE

In some situations, when noise regions are detected automatically, TargetLynx doesn't calculate the signal to noise, LOD, or LOQ.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Edit the TargetLynx method.
2. Select Sample Flagging.
3. Edit signal to noise Parameters.
4. Select the chromatogram range in which to measure the noise (60 s before the peak).
5. Save the TargetLynx method.
6. Reprocess the qld file.
