FIX or WORKAROUND
- Remove MassLynx from PC.
- Install supported operating system: Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit Service Pack 1.
- Reinstall MassLynx.
The revisions of MassLynx 4.1 compatible with Windows 7 are only supported on Window 7 Professional 64 Bit Service Pack 1. MassLynx 4.1 is not supported on Window 7 Enterprise, Windows 8, or Windows 10.
