ANSWER
The TargetBridge tool is installed with SCN 901 (which is desktop only), and when the Desktop-only option is selected in the MassLynx installer in SCN 918, SCN 909, SCN 943, and SCN 982.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
TargetBridge.exe is located in C:\MassLynx.
TargetBridge is accessible from Windows start > All Programs > MassLynx > TargetBridge.
You need to use the TargetLynx keydisc to unlock this feature.
