Results not displayed in the FractionLynx Browser with SCN 1050 - WKB322650

SYMPTOMS
- Nothing is displayed in the FractionLynx Browser when a results file is opened in SCN 1050
- No data can be seen displayed but it is there when the report is printed
- The printed report shows results but the browser is empty with no results showing

CAUSE
A bug in SCN 1050 means that results are not displayed unless the plate is configured in the browser - the default is X,Y Numeric, Numeric. 
Changing this to anything other than X,Y Numeric, Numeric - e.g. Sequential Discontinuous or X,Y Letter, Number will change the display so the results can be shown
CRI-9337 has been raised to have this investigated.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Change the plate display option in the FractionLynx Browser
- In FractionLynx Browser click View then Options
- Select the Default Plate tab
- Under Grid Reference change the display to match the plate in use
- Or change the plate from Numeric Numeric to any other display - e.g. Sequential Discontinuous, or X, Y Numeric, Letter
