MassLynx sample list randomly stops with no error messages - WKB30568

SYMPTOMS

• The MassLynx sample list randomly stops acquiring data
• The MS stops collecting scans about halfway through the sample run, but the PDA acquisition continues and completes normally
• There are no inlet errors or errors in the Windows event logs
• The top and bottom of the sample list still say "acquiring", and the current sample is still highlighted green
• Telnet EPC shows basic comms are still good
• The tune page cannot be switched to standby

Xevo G2-XS (SCN 949) with BSM, SM, and PDA (using ICS v1.6)
