SYMPTOMS
- After power-cycling the PC, it boots to the Lenovo screen but doesn't move on
ENVIRONMENT
- Lenovo C30 PC
CAUSE
A hard drive is plugged into the USB port on the front of the PC.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Unplug anything that is connected to the USB ports on the front of the PC.
- Power-cycle the PC.
