• MassLynx installed on new workstation
• Processed first data set with TargetLynx
• No calibration curve or concentration results appear
• Found: Sample Type column is missing from sample list
• Found: Sample Type column added to sample list, Sample Type for standard samples not specified as STANDARD

• QuanLynx

CAUSE

Sample Type for standard samples not specified as STANDARD

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Set the Sample Type for the standard samples to STANDARD.
2. Save the sample list.
3. Process the samples with TargetLynx.
