SYMPTOMS

• The calibration check report shows failure

• Xevo G2-XS

CAUSE

The calibration check acceptance criteria are not met.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Calibrate the instrument.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Note: The threshold to define whether a calibration is acceptable can be defined by the user. The acceptance criteria can be set to ppm or Da within IntelliStart's Check Calibration routine. 

Note: A calibration check is not expected to match the pass criteria of the calibration due to the use of an external lockmass (even after just calibrating).
