TargetLynx does not calculate concentrations - WKB242836

SYMPTOMS

• The Concentration Column of the TargetLynx Report is empty

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx

CAUSE

Manual integration or peak identification was performed, and the data was not reprocessed within the TargetLynx Browser.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Save the Modified Peak.
2. Click the Process icon. 
3. Select the box for Quantify. (On newer TargetLynx, you can select "Save Manual integrations".) 
4. Click OK.
5. Verify that the concentrations are now calculated on the report.
