How to request replacement MassLynx media and Application Manager key disks - WKB229514

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Obtain replacement MassLynx media and serialized Application Manager key disks (TargetLynx, Max Ent, and others).

PROCEDURE

  1. Visit the Technical Service/Support area on the Waters website (Waters.com/iRequest) and request Service and Support.
  2. Provide the MassLynx software support ID or mass spectrometer serial number and proof of application purchase. (Provide the serial numbers for the key disks or a screen capture of your current MassLynx software main screen with the application tabs showing (on the left-hand side) to support your request.

MassLynx software plan customers are entitled to receive replacement media at no additional charge, as well as any available MassLynx upgrades.

If you currently have a software plan and want an upgrade, use this Upgrade Request Form.

If you do not have a current software plan, contact Waters for a quote. (On the linked page, you might need to change the country setting to your country.)
