Error Opening the File 'Information.txt' seen in Hyperterminal log MS of boot sequence - WKB2292

SYMPTOMS

• Hyperterminal log shows the following message in the MS boot sequence:
        Opening and Reading the Information.txt...
        Error Opening the File 'Information.txt'
        Loading from Waters File Service...

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• Hyperterminal

CAUSE

This is not an error. The text shows that the bootrom on the EPC has been updated either so the MS can be used with UNIFI or to correct a bug.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Ignore the message.
