OALogin error: Not enough computer memory - WKB2103

SYMPTOMS

• OALogin starts but the Login Samples button is unavailable
• Message window appears stating that there is not enough computer memory
• Rebooting the PC doesn't clear this issue
• System checked for memory usage and all looks fine
• Reloading the OALogin software makes no difference

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1 SCN 940

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Uninstall OALogin software.
2. Uninstall MassLynx SCN 940.
3. Load SCN 947 for MassLynx.
4. Load OALogin software from the SCN 947 DVD.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

OALogin software should be loaded from the same CD/DVD as the MassLynx version. OALogin and MassLynx versions should match.
