Use the Molecular Weight Calculator in MassLynx.

PROCEDURE

1. In the main MassLynx window on the left side, select the Tools tab.
2. Click the pink down arrow at the bottom twice until you see the Molecular Weight calculator.
3. Type the formula using capitals and select monoisotopic and the polarity. This provides the mass to set in the MS method or look in the MS spectrum.
