No results seen in TargetLynx - WKB208916

SYMPTOMS

• After processing samples, the TargetLynx results file is empty; no calibration data is shown, summary table is empty
• In Chromatogram, can see the peak of interest and can integrate it
• In the TargetLynx method, the Acquisition function is correct for the compound
• In the TargetLynx method, the Quantification trace information was manually entered and looks correct

CAUSE

Incorrect syntax for Quantification trace

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Create a new compound in the Method Editor.
2. Have the quantification trace field autopopulate with the correct syntax by right-clicking and dragging over the designated peak in the MassLynx Chromatogram.
