Configure H-Class in MassLynx.
ENVIRONMENT
- MassLynx
- ACQUITY UPLC H-Class
PROCEDURE
- Go to the inlet method editor.
- Select Tools > Instrument configuration.
- Select Configure and click Next.
- Select QSM for the pump. Click Next.
- Select FTN for the autosampler. Click Next.
- Select detectors as appropriate. Column Manager is added here also. Click Next.
- Click Scan for Instruments, wait 30 seconds, and then close the pop-up window. Select detector serial numbers as appropriate. Click Close.
- Select Events and Triggering and check Event In 1. Ensure that all "trigger by"s (typically software) are set appropriately.
