How to create calibration curves in different ranges for each compound when performing quantitative processing of multiple compounds with TargetLynx - WKB199896

Article number: 199896

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

  • Create calibration curves in different ranges for each compound.

ENVIRONMENT

  • TargetLynx XS

PROCEDURE

  1.  Edit the sample list.

If you want to create calibration curves in different ranges for each compound, specify the concentration of each standard product in the "Conc *" column of the sample list.
For example, specify the concentration of compound A in the Conc A column and the concentration of compound B in the Conc B column to specify the concentration of standards.
At this time, specify "0" in the cells that are not used to create the calibration curve.

If the "Conc *" column is not shown in the sample list, right-click on the sample list and select Customize Display. In the Customize Field Display window, select "Conc *" in the checklist.

2. Edit the TargetLynx method.

On the Calibration Properties tab of the TargetLynx Method Editor window, set the "Concentration of Standard: Level" for each compound.
Specify the standard concentration column according to the "Conc *" column in the sample list.

3. Edit the TargetLynx method.

To create calibration curves in a different range for each compound, change "Ignore Zero Level Standards?" to "Yes" on the "Calibration Properties" tab of the TargetLynx Method Editor window.

If the "Ignore Zero Level Standards?" item is not shown in the window, right-click on the Method Editor window to open the Select Parameters to View window, and select the "Ignore Zero Level Standards?" box to display it.

4. Perform quantitation.

Use these sample lists and the TargetLynx method to perform the quantitative processing with TargetLynx.
