Method development report from IntelliStart shows no optimized MS spectrum, cone voltage optimization, or collision energy optimization plots - WKB19471

SYMPTOMS

• Method Development Report does not show spectra or plots
• Shows only a red X where the spectra or plot should be in the report (see attached example)

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1
• IntelliStart

CAUSE

MRM experiment file name has comma and/or dash.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Rerun IntelliStart for Sample Tune and Develop Method, setting an appropriate file name.

The file name should be alphanumeric, using underscore if spaces or delimiters are required.

Names can have no other special characters (*, &, ^, %, $, <, #, -, etc.) and no commas or periods (other than the one preceding the extension).
