- Trying to save an analysis, but no status change after two hours; system is frozen
- Backups are not running
- There's plenty of hard-drive space on the computer
- UNIFI 1.8.2. (workstation configuration)
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Force-quit the UNIFI portal.
- Stop the Waters Service Host service.
- Restart the Waters Service Host service and wait for all eight watservicehost processes to appear.
- Log back in to UNIFI and test.
