ANSWER
No. MassLynx does not work if User Account Control is set to anything other than "Never notify".
There are no plans to change this.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
With UserAccount Control set to anything other than "Never Notify" users will see communications issues, problems calibrating the instrument, inlet editor issues and other instrument failures
