How to automatically calculate the chromatographic peak width in TargetLynx or QuanLynx - WKB16661

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Obtain the peak width of the chromatogram at half height or at the base in MassLynx, TargetLynx, or QuanLynx.

ENVIRONMENT

PROCEDURE

When the peak's XIC or transition was extracted in TargetLynx or QuanLynx:

1. Right-click on the summary table and select change column order.
2. Bring to the right-hand window peak width, which gives peak width at half height.
3. Bring to the right-hand window baseline width, which gives the peak width at the baseline.
