Cannot log in sample in OALogin because "Log in Samples" button is unavailable - WKB15072

SYMPTOMS

• Unable to log in samples with OALogin because "Log in Samples" button is unavailable.
• OAManager is open.
• Works using the PC Administrator account, but not this User Account, which is not an Admin, but has full access rights to the folders.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• OpenLynx/OALogin/OA Manager
• Windows 7

CAUSE

User is not an Administrator account.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Configure and use OALogin with a Windows Administrator account.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

OpenLynx/OALogin is designed to run using a single Administrator account.
