Internal Standard not quantitating properly in TargetLynx - WKB15037

SYMPTOMS

• The same amount of internal standard is added to the sample and the standards.
• The internal standard amounts are not calculated properly. Skewing the results for the samples.

ENVIRONMENT

• QuanLynx
• TargetLynx

CAUSE

Internal Standard concentration is not set to fixed, but Conc A, which is varied in the sample list.

FIX or WORKAROUND

• In the TargetLynx or QuanLynx method, go to the Calibration Properties for the internal standard compound and set the concentration of standard:Level to Fixed (not Conc A).
