TargetLynx does not integrate peak - WKB14407

SYMPTOMS

• TargetLynx does not integrate peak, even if you try to do it manually
• Peak is visible

ENVIRONMENT

• TargetLynx

CAUSE

The "target ion must pass ratio" is set to YES in the processing methods Target Ion Properties.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. This is normal behavior if the "pass ratio" fails, but on some occasions, when the peak is actually present and saturating, the ratio may fail and the peak won't integrate, even if you do it manually.
2. If "target ion must pass ratio" is set to NO, the peak is integrated but the flag won't be visible.
