SYMPTOMS

• There are chromatograms present in the sample list chromatogram for each sample in the sample list, but they are not being carried over to the .qld

ENVIRONMENT

• Masslynx

CAUSE

• Corrupt sample list

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. New sample list created from scratch.
2. Samples integrated with new sample list resulting in chromatograms being carried into .qld.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Customer did have periods in their naming conformity of sample list, which is what most likely caused the sample list corruption.
