"Desolvation temperature failed to settle" error message on Xevo TQD during a sample run - WKB10918

SYMPTOMS

• "Desolvation temperature failed to settle" error message
• The MS method is not using positive/negative switching
• The Tune file entered in the sample list is the same as the opened file in the Tune page
• When the run stops, the temperature does not return to the setting in the Tune page
• Rebooting the EPC does not resolve the issue
