Calculating the %Deviation for Points in the Calibration Curve Table

PROCEDURE

STEP 1
There is a System Policy titled “Calculate % Deviation of Point From Curve”, found on the Data Processing tab in System Policies. By default, that System Policy is NOT enabled. (figure 1)

STEP 2:
When the policy is NOT enabled the % Deviation is calculated as seen in figure 2.

STEP 3
If we look at the first point on the calibration curve, this results in a % Deviation of -6.542. (figure 3)

STEP 4
What happens when the System Policy IS enabled? (figure 4)

STEP 5
When the policy IS enabled the % Deviation is calculated as seen in figure 5.

STEP 6
In this case, the first point on the calibration cures results in a % Deviation of 7.000. (figure 6)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Both Tangential and Exponential Skims can skim a rider either from the front of the main peak or the back of the main peak.
  • This can be done with either the Pro or QuickStart interface.
