When running an acquisition on an Agilent 7890/6890 GC with an Agilent Headspace sampler, the system doesn't plot the channel data - WKB98429

SYMPTOMS

• Agilent GC 7890/6890 with headspace does not plot data for Agilent 2.6 Update 2 Driver or Agilent ICF v3.3

ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE

This fix comes from Agilent and Agilent Defect IDs 293090 and 293241.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. For Agilent GC 7890 with HS configuration, customer can use procedure below as a workaround:

 The user should not enter the same source for both signals (irrespective of save enabled/disabled).

2. For 6890/6850 with HS configuration, use the Agilent ICF support layer v3.2 with Agilent ICF A.02.05, which incorporates GC Driver version B.01.03.a, on the acquisition client that controls the 6890GC/6850GC with the Agilent Headspace Sampler.
