Data missing in review or channel is not collecting data in run samples window for 6890 having G1888 configuration - WKB98449

SYMPTOMS

• In the signal tab, if channel 2 is selected in the Instrument method, few injections show as Data missing while reviewing the data. 
• In the signal tab, if channel 1 is selected in the Instrument method, the data is not showing on the Run sample window.

ENVIRONMENT

• Agilent Instrument Control Framework 3.2 with 2.6 Update 2
• Agilent Instrument Control Framework 3.3 with 2.6 Update 3
• Empower 3
• Agilent 6890 GC
• Agilent G1888 Headspace Sampler

CAUSE

Unknown. CRI - 1784

FIX or WORKAROUND

Use Agilent ICF Support Layer v3.2 with Agilent ICF A.02.05, which incorporates GC driver version B.01.03a, on the acquisition client that controls the 6890 GC with the Agilent Headspace sampler.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Waters does not recommend the Agilent ICF Support Layer v3.2 having 2.6 Update 2 or Agilent ICF Support Layer v3.3 driver for 6890 GC systems configured with a Headspace.
