1639: Empower 3 client full installation failed on Empower client - WKB97310

ENVIRONMENT

• 2016 Citrix Server
• Empower 3 FR4 client

CAUSE

Bad Empower 3 FR4 media or Thermo CAD SII media was copied into the same media shared client folder on Empower server (causes the Empower setup file to attempt installing the Thermo driver instead of the Empower client).

FIX or WORKAROUND

Obtain new E3 FR4 media or remove the Thermo media files from the media shared client folder on the Empower server.
