Empower- Unable to see all user types under Group and World User Type access when creating a new project - WKB9711

SYMPTOMS

• When a user is trying to create a new project  and are setting World Type User access right, user is unable to see all user types available under World User Type.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower.
• Project Access Window.
• Group User Type
• World User Type

CAUSE

User did not have the exact same privileges.

"A user type must have the exact same privileges as another user or the other user has to have less than the first user to show up in the list. It's not just the number of privileges, and there is no priority to the privileges."

FIX or WORKAROUND

1.  To show up in the list, the user type has to have either the exact same list of privileges, or a subset of the exact privileges that the logged in user's user type has.
