SYMPTOMS

  • Service due error observed when launching run samples  

ENVIRONMENT

  • Empower, all versions

CAUSE

Dates were not updated during the PM service.

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Go to the Instruments Tab in the Node Properties.
  2. Specify Last Serviced date for each unit.
  3. Specify Next Service Due date for each unit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

You can remove these entries if you do not wish to receive the warning.
