SYMPTOMS
- Empower LACE/32 recover.log error "Unable to write remote file"
- Data starts buffering for no apparent reason
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
The LAC/E32 is no longer a part of the Empower domain, even though it appears to be.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Rejoin the Empower domain.
- Reboot the LACE/32.
- Make a blank injection to upload the buffered data, or wait 10 minutes for the next recovery sweep.
