Config16 LAC/E32 does not power up - WKB93172

SYMPTOMS

• Unable to start after shutting down due to unexpected power failure or long press of the power button

ENVIRONMENT

• Config16 LAC/E 32

CAUSE

LAC/E32 hardware problem (For details, see “WKB85442: Config 16 eLAC/E32 does not turn on”).

Or, there is an error in the operating environment due to the charging of the PC (refer to the solution below to perform the discharge).

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Turn off the PC and unplug the USB connection cables (keyboard, etc.) and the power cord.
2. Press and hold the power button on the PC for about 30 seconds
3. Connect the PC power cord, and power-on.
4. Ensure that it starts successfully.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If the above discharge procedure does not resolve the issue, unplugging and plugging the SSD might be helpful.
