Peaks are not being identified even though they are integrated in Empower - WKB93146

SYMPTOMS

• Peaks are not being identified even though they are integrated
• The retention time windows of two peaks overlap on the Component tab
• Peak code Q04 appears: "Problem matching peak to only one component, peak is an equal match for multiple components"
• Peak match is set to greatest height

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 

CAUSE

The two peaks have equal height match, so Empower cannot identify the peaks by greatest height peak match.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Change the peak match to closest.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If it's a GPC method, remove the second peak on the slicing table in the processing method and reprocess.
