eCord data is available in Run Samples console but missing from the Configuration Manager in Empower - WKB92000

SYMPTOMS

• eCord data is available in Run Samples console but missing from the Configuration Manager in Empower
• Issue spans all columns using eCords
• All users report same issue

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Feature Release 5
• eCord
• ACQUITY UPLC

CAUSE

Defect PCS 55044 (CRI-1476) where maximum rows stays at default of 1000 and isn't updated based on count

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Increase the Max Rows count from 1000 to 10,000 or higher. (Find the count In the bottom-right corner. In this case it was 6725, so setting max rows to 10,000 worked.) 
2. Close out of Empower and then log back in.
3. eCord information now updates correctly.
