ANSWER

If the PC, LAC/E, or server are set to automatically change time as Daylight Saving starts and stops, the time stamps will reflect the correct local time. Example: If the clock is set to US Eastern Time, in the summer the time stamp will be EDT (Eastern Daylight Time); in the winter it will be EST (Eastern Standard Time).
