CAUSE
A user accessed Empower Personal using Remote Desktop on a host computer. The monitor resolution is too high on the host
FIX or WORKAROUND
Lower the monitor resolution of the host computer to match the one on the computer you are accessing. For example, change from 1920x1080 to 1024x768.
