- "Method Set" is not in the drop-down list in the Empower Run Samples window
- No messages in the Message Center

The system configuration does not match the instrument method included in the method set.
FIX or WORKAROUND
To change the system configuration:
- Click on Empower > Configure the system.
- Click on Systems (in tree on the left).
- Highlight the system name.
- Right-click and choose System properties.
- Click on the Configuration tab.
- Change the configuration back to how the system was created, matching the method used.
- Save the system configuration.
In addition, if there are no instrument methods for the selected system configuration, create a new instrument method to match the current system configuration.
