"No results produced for this processing job" error when trying to batch process 3D data in Empower 3 - WKB89072

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot process 3D data in Empower 3
• "No results produced for this processing job" error in the message center
• Able to process individual channels successfully with a method set and with a PDA processing method
• Creating a new processing method or method set does not resolve the issue
• There is enough free tablespace available for the project

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

In Alter Sample, it is set to not process and report under the processing column.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Change the processing column to "Normal" and process the sample set using a method set.
