Empower Agilent ICF support 3.2 can't be installed; "Windows Installer 3.1 event ID 4373 Not enough storage is available to process this command" - WKB87081

SYMPTOMS

• Agilent ICF support 3.2 can't be installed
• Installation window closes when trying to install the driver
• In Windows application event viewer: "Windows Installer 3.1 event ID 4373 Not enough storage is available to process this command"
  

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Agilent ICF support 3.2

CAUSE

Antivirus CbDefense is blocking installation.

CbDefense EventID 17 :
The application "C:\waters_tools\Agilent ICF Support V3.2\agilenticf3.2\sources\dm.exe" attempted to read the memory of "C:\Windows\System32\lsass.exe" (potentially scraping memory) by calling the function "NtReadVirtualMemory". The operation was blocked and the application terminated by Confer. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

Disable antivirus before the installation of Agilent ICF support 3.2.
