SYMPTOMS

• Only one additional named user license is added

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

During license activation, in the drop-down list indicating the number of licenses to activate, "1" was chosen.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Go through the activation procedure again for this license.
2. When the drop-down list for the number of licenses to activate comes up, choose "4" to activate the other four licenses.
3. After you complete the activation process, all five licenses are available.
